It comes in a squeeze tube, so you apply with your fingers or your own applicator. I wish it had a built-in sponge-top or brush like other concealers have, but that's a minor quibble.My complaint is that the finish is a little bit shiny.This is a creamy liquid concealer, not too thick or thin. Waterproof? I don't know about that...I have another concealer that claims to be waterproof and definitely, you can notice a difference. If you are thinking to buy it only for this reason, I will say that it is not your product.
This is my go-to concealer that stays in place, is long lasting and blends well. Does not look caked on or too dense and is available in a variety of shades. This small tube lasts a long time. It dries quickly as most concealers do so brush it in as soon as you put a speck of it onto your moisturized skin. Overall I think it is one of the best concealers on the market and I think that Lancome studied very well the ingredients.
